# Invite Your Team

> Add teammates so you can collaborate and move faster.

Bringing your team into Afflo takes less than a minute per person. Anyone with the **Admin** role can send invites.

## Send an invite

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Team">
    Go to **Settings → Team**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Invite Member">
    The button is in the top-right.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter email and role">
    Type the teammate's email and pick a role (Admin, Manager, or Member). See [Roles & permissions](/account/roles-permissions).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send">
    Click **Send invite**. The teammate gets an email with a link.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The new row shows in your members table with status **Pending** until they accept.

## What the teammate sees

They receive an email with an **Accept invitation** button. Clicking it opens Afflo, where they:

1. Create a password (or sign in if they already have an Afflo account)
2. Confirm their name
3. Land directly inside your organization

## Resend or revoke

If an invite is lost or goes to spam, open the pending row's actions menu and click **Resend invite**. A new link replaces the old one.

To cancel a pending invite, choose **Revoke** from the same menu.

## Inviting someone who already uses Afflo

If your teammate already has an Afflo account (for example, they work with another client who uses Afflo), the invite adds them to your organization on top of their existing memberships. They'll see your workspace in the organization switcher after accepting.

## Tips

* Pick the right role up front. Downgrading later is simple, but starting too low creates friction while people wait for access.
* For agencies: invite client contacts as **Member**. They see what they need without being able to change billing or team settings.
* Invites expire. If someone doesn't accept within a few days, resend.

## Troubleshooting

**"Unable to send invite."** The email is likely already a member of this organization. Check the Members tab.

**Invite link says "expired."** Have an admin click **Resend invite**.
