# KnoCommerce

> Add Afflo widgets into KnoCommerce post-purchase surveys.

KnoCommerce runs post-purchase surveys that ask shoppers how they heard about you. The Afflo integration lets those answers feed straight into your attribution so creator-driven sales are credited — even when the shopper didn't click an affiliate link.

## What it does

* Cross-references survey answers (for example, "Saw it on TikTok from @creator") with your affiliate list
* Attributes the sale to the matching creator when a clear mention is detected
* Surfaces "assisted" attribution alongside standard link and code attribution

## Before you start

* A KnoCommerce account connected to your Shopify store
* At least one published survey asking about source or creator

## Connect

1. In Afflo, open **Integrations → Marketing → KnoCommerce** and click **Connect**.
2. Sign in to KnoCommerce and approve the requested read access.
3. Pick which surveys Afflo should use for attribution.
4. Save.

## Tips

* Phrase the survey question clearly — "Which creator or influencer brought you here?" — so answers are easy to match.
* Review assisted attribution separately for a few weeks before sharing the numbers broadly. Soft attribution always has more noise than link or code attribution.
