# Tremendous

> Send rewards, gift cards, and cash payouts to partners.

Tremendous makes it easy to reward affiliates with a choice of payout methods — gift cards, prepaid cards, PayPal, ACH, and more — without needing their bank details.

## What it does

* Payouts are sent to an email; the partner picks how they want to receive the value.
* Works globally across a wide range of countries.
* Great for small or gift-style rewards, campaign bonuses, and creators who prefer flexibility.

## Before you start

* A Tremendous account (sign up at tremendous.com if you don't have one)
* An API key from your Tremendous dashboard

## Connect

    In Tremendous, go to **Team settings → API keys** and create a new key. Copy it.

    In Afflo, go to **Integrations → Payments → Tremendous** and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Paste the key">
    Paste the API key, choose the funding source you want to draw from, and save.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify">
    Afflo tests the connection and updates the card to **Connected**.

## How payouts work

1. You run **Pay All** on the Payouts page.
2. Afflo sends the payout amount to Tremendous, matched to each partner's email.
3. The partner receives a Tremendous email and picks their preferred method (gift card, PayPal, bank, etc.).
4. Afflo marks the payout as **Processing**, then **Paid** once the partner redeems.

## Disconnect

Go to **Integrations → Payments → Tremendous** and click **Disconnect**. Historical payouts stay in your records.

## Tips

* Keep a buffer balance in your Tremendous funding source. Failed funding pauses payouts.
* Tremendous is ideal for international creators who don't want to share bank details.
* Combine with Stripe (for domestic US bank transfers) if you want to keep fees low for close-by partners.

## Troubleshooting

**"Invalid API key."** Regenerate the key in Tremendous, then reconnect.

**Partner didn't receive their email.** Ask them to check spam, then resend from the Tremendous dashboard.

**Unexpected currency.** Tremendous lets recipients pick the method and currency they prefer. Amounts are converted at their redemption time.
