# Stores: Shopify

> Connect, manage, and disconnect your Shopify stores.

The **Stores** tab is where you connect Shopify to Afflo so orders can be attributed to your partners.

## Before you start

* You need to be signed in as a Shopify **admin** on the store you're connecting.
* The store needs to be active (not paused or frozen).

## Connect a store

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Stores">
    Go to **Settings → Stores**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Connect Shopify">
    Click the **Connect Shopify Store** button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve in Shopify">
    You'll be taken to your Shopify admin to approve the Afflo install. Review the permissions and click **Install app**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Return to Afflo">
    Shopify redirects you back. Your store appears in the **Connected stores** list with its domain and status.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Frame />

## Manage connected stores

Each store row shows the name, domain, and a status indicator. Open the actions menu to:

* **View details** — API credentials, products sync, and last sync time
* **Disconnect** — remove Afflo's access; historical attribution data is kept

## Multiple stores

You can connect more than one Shopify store to the same organization. Each store's orders attribute independently, and Afflo tags reports by store so you can tell them apart.

## Tips

* Connect every store you sell on. A missed store means missed attribution for any partner who drives traffic there.
* If you migrate to a new Shopify domain, disconnect the old one first so duplicate orders don't sync.

## Troubleshooting

**"You don't have permission" in Shopify.** Sign out of any secondary Shopify admins, then retry as the store owner.

**Store connected, but no orders are attributing.** Confirm the store's status is **Active**, then visit **Link Statistics** to see whether your partners' links are actually pointing to this domain.
