# Creator Search

> Find creators that match your brand and send them to Outreach.

Creator Search is a searchable index of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creators. You describe the partner you're looking for, pick the ones you want, and send them to an outreach campaign.

## What you can do

* Filter creators by platform, audience size, engagement, niche, and demographics
* Sort and paginate large result sets
* Select creators in bulk and send them to **Outreach**
* Import creators you already work with from **Affiliates**
* See how many search credits remain on your plan

## How to find creators

  <Step title="Open Creator Search">
    Click **Creator Search** in the left sidebar. The page header shows your current provider (TopYappers) and how many credits remain.

  <Step title="Choose platforms">
    Toggle **Instagram**, **YouTube**, or **TikTok** at the top of the filter panel. You can mix platforms.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the basics">
    Add a keyword, pick a country, choose a main category, and set follower and engagement ranges.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open advanced filters (optional)">
    Click **See More** to reveal age, gender, hair color, body complexion, account type, average views, average likes, hashtags, bio keywords, promoted products, and niches.

  <Step title="Run the search">
    Click **Search**. Results appear in a sortable table with profile picture, name, followers, engagement rate, average views, and average likes. Use **Reset filters** to start over.

## Sending creators to Outreach

1. Tick the checkbox on each creator you want (or tick the header to **Select All** on the page).
2. Click **Send to Outreach** above the table.
3. In the dialog, pick an existing campaign or create a new one. Selected creators are added as leads.

## Importing from your affiliates

Use **Import from Affiliates** in the top-right to bring your existing partners into Creator Search as a starting pool. This is useful when you want to find lookalikes or analyze who you already work with.

## Tips

* Sort by engagement rate rather than raw followers — a smaller, more active audience often outperforms a large one.
* Use **Email exists** in advanced filters when you need contactable creators for outreach.
* Credits are deducted per search. Narrow your filters before hitting **Search** to avoid burning credits on broad queries.

## Troubleshooting

**No results.** Loosen one filter at a time — usually follower range or location is the cause.

**"Out of credits" message.** Top up under **Settings → Billing**, or wait for your plan's monthly reset.
