# Social Listen

> Monitor mentions, creators, and sentiment across your programs.

Social Listen shows the posts and creators mentioning your brand — so you can spot the content worth rewarding, resharing, or following up on.

## Three tabs

    A feed of posts mentioning your brand or used by your partners. Each card shows the creator, a snippet, engagement counts (likes, comments, shares), and the post date. Add posts to a **Collection** to group them by campaign or theme.

    A list of creators behind those posts. See handle, follower count, engagement rate, and how many posts are tracked. Creators already linked to one of your affiliates show a badge.

  <Tab title="Analytics">
    Totals and trends: total mentions, sentiment breakdown (positive / neutral / negative), engagement over time, top creators, and top hashtags. Filter by date range.

## Common tasks

* **Create a Collection.** Click **Create Collection** in the top-right, give it a name and color, and start adding posts to it.
* **Add a post to a Collection.** On any content card, open the actions menu and choose **Add to Collection**.
* **Import your affiliates.** Click **Import from Affiliates** to pull your existing partners in as tracked creators.
* **Link a creator to an affiliate.** On the Creators tab, open the actions menu and link them to an existing affiliate record.

## Tips

* Collections are great for campaign recaps — group every post about a launch and share the metrics later.
* Watch sentiment trends on the Analytics tab after a campaign. A sudden dip in positive sentiment can point to a product or messaging issue.
* If a creator consistently mentions you but isn't yet an affiliate, that's your warmest lead — invite them from the Creators tab.
