Abra Promotions is a Shopify app that automatically applies discount codes through a link and shows discounted prices to shoppers on the way. Connecting it to Afflo means affiliate links can include their discount without the shopper doing anything manual.

What it does

  • Applies a creator’s discount code when a shopper clicks their link
  • Displays the discounted price on product pages during the session
  • Reduces friction so more clicks turn into sales

Before you start

  • Abra Promotions installed on your Shopify store
  • Afflo’s Shopify integration already connected (see Shopify)

Connect

  1. In Afflo, open Integrations → Marketing → Abra Promotions.
  2. Click Connect. Abra authenticates using your existing Shopify connection.
  3. Choose which programs should use Abra’s auto-apply flow.
  4. Save.

Tips

  • Pair Abra with programs that include a discount code. Without a code, there’s nothing to auto-apply.
  • Test with a staff discount in a private browser to confirm the price shows correctly before launching.

Troubleshooting

Prices aren’t discounting on the storefront. Confirm Abra is installed on your Shopify theme and that the program has a code enabled. Wrong discount amount. Check the program’s code in Afflo matches what Abra expects. Edit either to align.
