Zapier is the universal bridge. If a tool you want isn’t in Afflo’s integration list, Zapier probably already connects the two — and you can build the workflow without writing code.

What it does

  • Triggers Zaps on Afflo events (new affiliate, payout processed, etc.)
  • Sends data from other tools into Afflo (for example, add affiliates from a form)
  • Runs scheduled workflows that touch Afflo data
  • Add every new affiliate to a Google Sheet for your operations team
  • Post a Slack message when a payout runs or a new big partner signs up
  • Create a Notion page for each new creator outreach conversation
  • Add new affiliates to a Mailchimp / HubSpot list without building direct integrations

Connect

1

Open Zapier

Sign in to your Zapier account and search for Afflo in the app directory.
2

Get your Afflo API key

In Afflo, go to Settings → Security (or Integrations → Marketing → Zapier) and generate a Zapier key.
3

Paste into Zapier

Paste the key when Zapier asks you to connect Afflo.
4

Build your Zap

Pick a trigger (for example, New Affiliate), pick an action in another app, and turn the Zap on.

Tips

  • Keep Zap names descriptive. “Affiliate → Slack #partnerships (launch 2026)” beats “My Zap.”
  • Use a separate Zapier account or folder for production vs. experiments so a test Zap doesn’t double-post.
  • When Afflo adds a direct integration for a tool you’re bridging through Zapier, switch — direct integrations are faster and don’t count against Zap limits.

Troubleshooting

Zap not triggering. Check Zapier’s task history for errors. Rate limits on free Zapier plans are a common cause. Duplicate records. Zapier retries on failure. Add a “filter by field” step to skip records you’ve already processed.

Klaviyo

Prefer a direct integration when one exists.

Outreach

Built-in email without Zapier.
