An organization is a workspace in Afflo. It has its own programs, affiliates, integrations, team, and settings. One Afflo account can belong to many organizations, which is useful for agencies and multi-brand companies.

Switching organizations

At the top of the sidebar, the organization switcher shows the current workspace. Click it to:
  • Switch to another organization you’re a member of
  • Search by name if you belong to many
  • Create a new organization (if your plan allows)
Every screen in Afflo — Dashboard, Programs, Affiliates, Settings — follows the selected organization. You always know which one you’re in from the switcher at the top.

Who can create organizations

Anyone on a plan that includes multiple workspaces can create new organizations from the switcher. Each organization takes a slot on your plan. If your plan only includes one workspace, the Create organization option is hidden. Upgrade under Settings → Billing to unlock more slots.

Enrollment and billing

For agencies on a multi-org plan, organization enrollment decides which workspaces are covered by the subscription. Manage enrollment from Settings → Billing → Manage Organizations. The enrollment summary there shows:
  • How many organizations are enrolled
  • How many slots remain
  • Each enrolled organization’s name, description, and status
Unenrolling an organization pauses paid features for it but keeps its data.

Leaving an organization

You can be removed from an organization by any of its admins, or you can ask to leave. Removing yourself is not yet self-service — contact an admin of that organization.

Tips

  • Name organizations clearly. “ACME — Production” and “ACME — Test” beat two workspaces both called “ACME.”
  • For agencies, enroll only the workspaces actively in use. Empty enrolled workspaces still consume slots.
  • Organization switcher is keyboard-friendly. Type to filter if you belong to many.
