What you can control
Toggle any of the following on or off:- New affiliate application — when someone applies through your sign-up link
- Affiliate approved / rejected — when a teammate acts on an application
- Payout processed — when a payout completes
- Payout rejected — when a provider flags a payout
- Campaign sent — when an outreach sequence finishes sending
- Reply received — when a prospect replies in Outreach
- Plan or billing reminder — trial ending, invoice upcoming, card failing
Frequency
For most notification types you can choose:- Immediate — email as soon as the event happens
- Daily digest — one summary per day
- Weekly digest — one summary each week
How to change preferences
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Toggle each notification type on or off.
- Pick a frequency from the dropdown next to each one.
- Click Save preferences.
Tips
- Busy teams benefit from daily digests for everything except payout and reply notifications — those usually need immediate attention.
- If your inbox is already noisy, toggle digests on for 30 days and see what you actually miss. You can always switch back.
