The Billing tab is your subscription home. It shows what plan you’re on, what’s included, which organizations use it, and how to change it.

What the page shows

  • Subscription Overview — current plan, status badge (Active, Trialing, Canceling, Past Due, etc.), and next billing date. If you’re in a trial, the end date is called out.
  • Plan Features grid — the limits on your current plan: workspaces, affiliates, programs, payout fee, outreach credits, team seats, social listening, email builder, creator searches.
  • Organization Enrollment — for agencies: which workspaces are covered by this subscription and how many slots remain.
  • Plan Options — a comparison of other plans with Upgrade or Downgrade buttons.

Manage your subscription

Click Manage Subscription to open the customer billing portal. From there you can update your card, change billing email, download invoices, and cancel. For deeper walkthroughs of each action, see:

Organization enrollment (agencies)

If you run more than one workspace on a single subscription, click Manage Organizations to enroll or remove them. The enrollment summary tells you how many slots are in use and how many are left on your plan.

Tips

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period so you never lose paid-for time.
  • The Canceling badge means your subscription is scheduled to end but still active until the period ends.
  • Keep the organization enrollment list tidy — unused enrolled workspaces still count toward your plan’s slot limit.
