Sign-in and access

I can’t log in. Click Forgot Password? on the sign-in page and check your inbox (and spam). If you have 2FA turned on, use a recovery code. I’m stuck on 2FA. Lost your authenticator? Use a recovery code you saved when setting it up. If you’ve lost those too, contact support. My invite link is expired. Ask an admin to resend it from Settings → Team. A teammate can’t see Billing or Team. Those tabs require the Admin role. See Roles & permissions.

Shopify and stores

My Shopify store won’t connect. Sign out of any secondary Shopify admins, then retry as the store owner. Confirm the store isn’t paused or frozen. Orders aren’t attributing. Make sure partners are using the Afflo-generated link for your connected store, and that the click happened inside the program’s attribution window. Duplicate or missing orders. Disconnect and reconnect the store — this usually happens after a domain change.

Payouts

A payout is stuck in Processing. Provider-side delays (bank holidays, verification) can take up to a few business days. Check your provider’s dashboard for the latest status. Amount looks wrong. Open the affiliate’s profile and review their Performance tab. Commission overrides and cancelled orders are the usual causes. Payout rejected. Usually missing payout details on the affiliate’s side. Ask them to complete setup with the provider, then retry the payout.

Emails and outreach

Emails going to spam. Connect your own sending domain and verify SPF/DKIM/DMARC. See Connect your email. High bounce rate. Your list may be stale or unverified. Pause the campaign and clean out obvious invalid addresses before restarting. No replies on a campaign. It’s almost always the copy, not the list. Rewrite step 1 and relaunch. No results. Loosen filters — follower range and location are the usual culprits. “Out of credits.” Your monthly quota resets automatically. To add more mid-month, upgrade under Settings → Billing.

Integrations

Integration says “Needs attention.” The credentials or authorization expired. Click the card and reconnect. Zapier not triggering. Check Zapier’s task history for errors; rate limits on free plans are a common cause.
