The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It summarizes how your programs are performing right now, highlights what needs attention, and links into deeper views.

What you see

  • Alerts at the top. An Affiliate Alert and a New Program Alert appear when something needs your attention — for example, a pending affiliate or a program with no active partners.
  • Metric cards. Six key numbers across the top: Total Clicks, Total Conversions, Total Earnings, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, and Active Links. Each card shows a percentage change versus the previous period, with an up or down arrow.
  • Performance Over Time. An interactive chart of clicks, conversions, and earnings. Use the date picker to change the period.
  • Traffic Sources. A breakdown of where clicks came from.
  • Recent Mentions. Social posts from your creators and affiliates. Click View All to open Social Listen.
  • Top Performing Affiliates. Your highest-earning partners. Click a name to open their profile.

How to use it day-to-day

  1. Open the Dashboard and scan the alerts at the top first.
  2. Pick a date range (for example, “Last 30 days”) to update every card and chart.
  3. Compare the percentage change on each metric card to spot trends.
  4. Click any top affiliate to jump into their details page.
  5. Click View All on Recent Mentions when you want to act on partner content.

Tips

  • The Dashboard follows your selected organization. Switch organizations from the sidebar to see another workspace’s numbers.
  • If a metric shows 0% change, that period matches the previous one exactly — not that there’s no data.
  • Dashboards load fastest on shorter date ranges. Use month or quarter views for deeper trend analysis.
