Upgrade
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Scroll to Plan Options.
- On the plan you want, click Upgrade.
- Confirm the change. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you’re billed pro-rata for the remainder of the current period.
Downgrade
- Open Settings → Billing.
- On the smaller plan card, click Downgrade.
- Confirm. A Canceling badge appears on the current plan until the end of the billing period, when the downgrade applies. Your access stays at the higher plan until then.
Cancel
- Open Settings → Billing and click Manage Subscription. This opens the billing portal in a new tab.
- In the portal, choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. Your plan shows Canceling in Afflo; you keep access until the paid period ends.
Update payment method
- Open Settings → Billing and click Manage Subscription.
- In the portal, open Payment methods.
- Add a new card, set it as default, and remove the old one if needed.
Change billing email or company address
Same place — click Manage Subscription, then update Billing information in the portal. Future invoices use the new details.Tips
- Time upgrades around launches or big outreach pushes; the new credits are available immediately.
- Downgrading late in a billing period is “free” — you keep the higher plan until the period ends anyway.
- Keep an extra card on file as a backup so a failed charge doesn’t pause your account.
Troubleshooting
“Past due” status. Your last charge failed. Open Manage Subscription and update your payment method. Afflo will retry automatically. “Manage Subscription” doesn’t open. Check that popups aren’t blocked. The portal opens in a new tab.Related
