Your account settings control the parts of Afflo that follow you across organizations: your name, email, avatar, and sign-in credentials.

Profile

Update these under Settings → General → Your profile:
  • Avatar — a square image used in the sidebar and on comments
  • Full name — what your teammates and partners see
  • Email — used for sign-in and notifications
  • Bio — optional short description
Click Save after editing.

Password and 2FA

Under Settings → Security you can:
  • Change your password (requires your current password)
  • Turn on two-factor authentication (recommended)
  • Review and sign out active sessions
See Security for the full walkthrough.

Notifications

Under Settings → Notifications you control which emails Afflo sends you. Each teammate has their own preferences. See Notifications.

Organization vs. personal

Some settings (like timezone and language defaults, logo, brand colors) belong to the organization and affect everyone on the team. Others (profile, password, notifications) are personal. If you don’t see a setting you expect, check both.

Tips

  • Keep your avatar current — it makes conversations with teammates feel more human, especially in shared inboxes.
  • Your email is used for sign-in. Changing it means you’ll sign in with the new address from that point on.

Organizations

Work across multiple workspaces.
