The Team tab lists everyone with access to your organization and lets admins invite new members or remove old ones.

What the page shows

  • Members table — name, email, role, and status (Active, Pending, Inactive)
  • Invite Member button in the top-right
  • Pending invitations — a secondary list with Resend invite and Revoke actions
  • Role selector on each row for admins to change a member’s role

Invite a teammate

  1. Click Invite Member.
  2. Enter their email address and pick a role.
  3. Click Send invite. They receive an email with a link to accept.
Until they accept, the row shows as Pending with a Resend invite option.

Roles

  • Admin — full access, including Billing and Team management.
  • Manager — manage programs, affiliates, payouts, and outreach; no access to Billing or destructive org-level changes.
  • Member — day-to-day operations (view dashboards, work with affiliates, respond to outreach). No Billing or Team access.
  • Affiliate — a partner account, not a team seat. Affiliates sign in to their own portal, not the main app.
Changing a role takes effect immediately. The person may need to refresh their browser.

Remove a teammate

Open the actions menu on their row and choose Remove. They lose access right away. Historical records of their work stay in place.

Tips

  • Use Manager for anyone who doesn’t need to see billing. It keeps sensitive info visible only to the people who need it.
  • When someone leaves your company, remove them the same day. Don’t rely on password changes — remove the seat.
  • Pending invites expire. If someone says they can’t find their invite, resend it; the new link replaces any old one.

Troubleshooting

Invite went to spam. Ask them to check spam, then click Resend invite. “I can’t see Billing.” Only admins see Billing. Change the role or ask an admin to make a specific change.
