How to find invoices
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription in the Subscription Overview card. The billing portal opens in a new tab.
- Go to Invoice history.
- Each row shows the invoice date, amount, status (Paid, Open, Void), and actions.
Download or re-email
On any invoice row:- Download — saves the invoice as a PDF.
- Email invoice — sends it to the billing email address on file. Useful if your finance team needs a copy.
What’s on each invoice
- Company name and address (from Billing information)
- Plan name and billing period
- Pro-rata line items for upgrades or downgrades mid-period
- Taxes (where applicable)
- Total charged and payment method’s last four digits
Change who receives invoices
Invoices go to the billing email you set in the portal under Billing information. Update it there if your finance team uses a shared address (for example,[email protected]).
Tips
- Add your finance team’s shared mailbox as the billing email. Individual teammates shouldn’t be the only copy holder.
- Export invoices quarterly for your bookkeeping software. Afflo doesn’t archive on your behalf beyond the portal.
- VAT or tax IDs go under Billing information in the portal, not Afflo itself.
