This page covers how brand and agency admins get into Afflo. Creators and affiliates use a different sign-in — see Join a Program.

Sign up

  1. Go to the Afflo sign-up page and click Sign up.
  2. Enter your work email, pick a password, and agree to the terms.
  3. Confirm your email if prompted.
  4. You’ll land in the onboarding wizard. See Quick start for what each step does.
Use a work email. It makes it easier for teammates to invite you into an existing organization if your company already has Afflo.

Log in

  1. Open the Afflo sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. If 2FA is enabled, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app.

Forgot password

Click Forgot Password? on the login form, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link expires in a few hours.

The organization switcher

If your account belongs to more than one organization (for example, an agency with multiple brand workspaces), use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. Everything on the page — dashboards, programs, settings — follows the selected organization.

Log out

Click your avatar in the top-right and choose Log out. This signs you out of the current browser only. To sign out everywhere, see Security.

Troubleshooting

“Invalid email or password.” Double-check caps lock, then try Forgot Password? if you’re sure the email is right. Didn’t receive the password reset email. Check spam. If it’s not there, wait a minute and try again — repeated requests sometimes get queued. Stuck on 2FA. Use a recovery code you saved when you enabled 2FA. If you’ve lost all of them, contact support.
