Outreach is where you email creators and prospects at scale — with sequences, a shared inbox, and per-campaign analytics.

Three tabs

Every campaign you’ve built, filtered by status (All / Draft / Active / Paused / Completed). Each card shows the campaign name, number of leads, replies, and an actions menu.

Create a campaign

  1. On the Campaigns tab, click Create Campaign.
  2. Give it a name and description.
  3. Add recipients — type addresses manually or import them from Creator Search → Send to Outreach.
  4. Build the sequence: one or more emails with a delay between them (for example, “Send step 2 three days after step 1 if no reply”).
  5. Save as a draft, then click Start to activate.

Managing a live campaign

  • Pause / Resume — stop sends without losing progress.
  • Edit — update copy, subject lines, or sequence timing on the fly.
  • View Analytics — see how each step performed.
  • Master Inbox — read and reply to responses without leaving Afflo.

Tips

  • Short subject lines (under 40 characters) typically beat long ones. The Analytics tab surfaces your best performers — copy the patterns.
  • Space sequence steps at least two business days apart. Same-day follow-ups feel pushy.
  • Treat drafts seriously. Send a test to yourself before activating.

Troubleshooting

High bounce rate. Check your sending domain under Settings → General or Email Settings. Unverified domains often trip spam filters. No replies. The copy is usually the problem, not the list. Try a different angle in step 1; the Analytics tab will tell you quickly.
