Getting started

Do I need to code? No. Everything in Afflo is point-and-click. Connecting Shopify, adding a sending domain, and setting up payouts all use guided flows. How long does setup take? Most teams go live in about ten minutes. The longest step is adding DNS records for your sending domain, which can take a few minutes to verify. Can I try Afflo before paying? Plans with trials are labeled as such during sign-up, and the Settings → Billing screen shows your trial end date.

Programs and affiliates

How do affiliates join? Three ways: invite them by email from Affiliates → Add Affiliate, share your public sign-up link, or send campaigns from Outreach and approve sign-ups as replies come in. Can one affiliate be in multiple programs? Yes. An affiliate’s row in the Affiliates table shows a badge with the number of programs they’re in. How does attribution work? When you create a program you pick an attribution window (how long a click counts) and a model (first click or last click). Afflo uses those rules to match orders to the partner who drove them.

Stores and payouts

Which stores are supported? Shopify is supported today. TikTok Shop is available on select plans. Other platforms are on the roadmap — check Integrations → Ecommerce for the current list. How do I pay affiliates? Connect a payout provider under Payouts → Provider Settings. Afflo supports Stripe (card/bank), Tremendous (gift cards), and Trolley (international payouts). You can then run Pay All on the Payouts page. Are payout fees included in my plan? Each plan lists a payout fee percentage under Settings → Billing → Plan Features. Provider-side fees (Stripe, Trolley) are separate.

Team and access

Can my team collaborate? Yes. Invite teammates from Settings → Team and assign them a role. Admins can do everything; more limited roles see only what they need. Can I manage multiple brands or clients? Agencies can enroll multiple organizations in a single subscription. Use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them.

Billing and cancellation

How do I change my plan? Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. How do I cancel? Click Manage Subscription on the Billing screen to open the customer portal, then cancel from there. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Creators

How do creators see their link and earnings? They sign in to the creator portal at the affiliate login URL you share. Their dashboard shows clicks, conversions, earnings, and payout history. Who pays the creator? You do, from Afflo’s Payouts page, using the provider you’ve connected.
