The Affiliates page lists everyone enrolled in your programs. From here you invite new partners, review performance, and open individual profiles.

What the page shows

  • Stat cards at the top summarizing total, active, and pending affiliates and revenue they’ve driven.
  • An affiliates table with these columns:
    • Name — the partner’s name with their email underneath
    • Programs — a badge showing how many programs they’re in (for example, “2 program(s)”)
    • Status — Active, Pending, or Inactive
    • Tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum
  • An actions menu on each row with Edit, Delete, View Profile, Send Email, and View Performance.

Add an affiliate

  1. Click Add Affiliate in the top-right. The button is disabled if you haven’t created a program yet.
  2. In the modal, enter the partner’s name and email, pick one or more programs, and choose a starting tier.
  3. Save. The affiliate appears immediately; Afflo will send them an invite to set their password and payout method.
Prefer self-serve? Share your public affiliate sign-up link instead and approve applications as they arrive.

Open a profile

Click an affiliate’s name to open their details page, which has four tabs:
  • Overview — contact info, referral link (with a copy button), discount code, and their social handles.
  • Performance — clicks, conversions, earnings, and conversion rate.
  • Top Content — the posts driving the most engagement or sales.
  • Settings — change tier, commission overrides, or status.

Common actions

  • Copy referral link. Click the copy icon next to the link on the Overview tab.
  • Send a quick email. Pick Send Email from the row menu to jump into a composer.
  • Change status. Open the profile’s Settings tab and set Active, Pending, or Inactive.
  • Delete an affiliate. Use the row menu or the profile. Historical data is kept.

Tips

  • Tiers are a simple way to reward top partners without creating new programs. Use the Performance tab to decide who gets promoted.
  • Check Pending regularly — self-serve sign-ups land there waiting for approval.
  • The table’s program badge tells you at a glance which partners are in multiple programs (often your strongest ones).
